Exchange and Return Policy

Hippie Chic always seeks to offer the best products to its customers working with quality control, that is, each and every piece is thoroughly analyzed before being sent to the customer, thus guaranteeing excellent quality. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Otherwise, feel free to change your product. See the rules below.

All procedures involving the exchange or return of a product for reasons of customer withdrawal, must be communicated through the email hippiechic_suporte@outlook.com with the subject EXCHANGE + number of your purchase, and in the body of the message must contain a brief summary of which exchange you want to make, of which product for which product. The exchange must be sent only after the customer has received our return on the exchange, and must be made within 5 calendar days after receiving this email. The sending of the exchange or return due to withdrawal is at the customer's expense.

We only accept exchanges or returns after this communication is made to this e-mail and that are within a period of up to 5 days from the date of receipt of the product (date posted on the Correios website).

You can exchange them for any other product on the site within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product (date posted on the Correios website). If you prefer, you can exchange it for a credit coupon to use on your next purchase. The credit has no expiration date to be used, however the credit value is only for the products, the shipping cost of the new purchase is at the customer's expense.

If you want the return, we will send a post authorization by email and as soon as we receive the package and check the products, the refund will be requested. Completion of the chargeback for credit card purchases depends on the card operator. The pieces will only be accepted if returned intact with the Hippie Chic label, that is, they cannot be used, and cannot contain stains, odors or changes made by the customer.

Attention: If we understand that the product sent to us for exchange or return due to withdrawal does not understand the rules mentioned here, we will be exempt from accepting the same and we can then resend it to the customer without prior consultation citing the reason for the refusal.

The cost of shipping and reshipping for exchange or return of a product due to withdrawal is the customer's responsibility. In case of exchange for credit in future purchases, the credit value is only for the products, the shipping cost of the new purchase is at the customer's expense.

- In case of defective products delivered, the customer has up to 48 hours after receiving the order to communicate with us via email hippiechic_suporte@outlook.com sending photos of the defective product so that we can analyze it. After doing the analysis, we will request the customer's bank details so that we can return the amount paid for the defective product.

Attention: We advise customers to check their purchase carefully upon receipt, before removing any labels and discarding the original packaging.

When receiving your purchase, check:

- If the packaging is open or damaged;    

- Defective product;    

- Product in disagreement with the order;

If one of the above occurs, refuse delivery. If the divergence is noticed only later, the client has up to 48 hours to contact us by email hippiechic_suporte@outlook.com. After this period, requests will not be accepted. The request for a refund of the amount paid for the product will be analyzed, and if any discrepancy is found, such as: no damage, signs of use, Hippie Chic will not accept the request and may refuse to make the refund.
